Customer Relationship Representative Learnerships

A large, well-known multi-national beverage company is offering the opportunity to enrol for a National Certificate in Contact Centre and Business Process Outsourcing Support (Level NQF 3) as part of a one-year Learnership.

To qualify, learners must be:
Physically disabled Unemployed and not currently studying
Available to enter into a one year fixed contract from August 2013 to July 2014
Have a valid Grade 12 (Matric)
Customer service exp will be an adv Computer literacy ess with exposure to MS Office advantageous
Good typing skills Verbal and written fluency in English and any other official South African language
Excellent telephone skills and etiquette
Displays customer empathy and understanding
